Sean Canney

Sean Canney is a senior-level human resources consultant with over 30 years of experience in all areas of the HR function. He has experience with small, medium, and large companies in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, banking, transportation, gaming, and higher education. Most of his career, Sean has worked as an HR generalist; however, he has exceptional expertise in compensation, employee benefits, and HR policy and procedure. Sean received a Bachelor’s degree from Mankato State University and an MBA degree from the University of St. Thomas.
