Emily is the principal of teenyBIG, and is passionate about helping nonprofits find better ways to engage and create stronger connections with those who matter to them. She is a coach, trainer, and facilitator in the area of human-centered design, a process that re-evaluates the experience of a product or service’s end-user. Emily’s approach in this area is based on her background working in nonprofit management and industrial design. She serves on the board of the Association of Consultants to Nonprofits,where she helps lead the organization’s outreach in the Chicago-area.
