As a partner with Boardman & Clark LLP, he advises clients on a wide range of complex legal issues, including contract negotiations, labor relations, employment law, Title IX, and governance. He has established close partnerships with his clients, developing creative solutions that address legal challenges while supporting the institution's core objectives.
Rick's extensive experience includes representing clients on matters before the Department of Education Office for Civil Rights, the Wisconsin Equal Rights Division, and the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
