A live webinar is a broadcast that happens in real-time and has a specific start time and has a live Q&A with the presenter at the end so you may get your questions answered real-time. Please note the Live Webinar Only option will not include the recording of the live webinar or webcast event.
Customers should sign into the webinar at least 15 minutes before it begins to ensure that their device is compatible and they are able to access all materials.

Please note if this is a certification program registrants will have 2 months from the date of the last live session of the course to access the certification exam.
Yes. On-Demand orders for programs not yet run will be provided typically within 3 days of the live program completion.

If you have completed a purchase and something isn't correct please either respond to the order confirmation email or contact us directly via phone chat or email to have your transaction corrected.

Retake Insurance allows you to take the exam a second time without having to retake the course.
Retake Insurance is non-refundable, and cannot be transferred to another attendee or used for a different training course than the one specified at the time of purchase. A single Retake Insurance purchase is to be associated with a single specific certification purchase only.
Customers have up to 3 attempts to retake an exam, with or without Retake Insurance.
SHRM & HRCI codes will be available in the webinar container and on the attendees certificate of attendance for each webinar session. To claim certificates of attendance for SHRM & HCRI credited courses you must meet the minimum watch time requirements. Exceptions can not be made.

For live courses, you have 2 months after the conclusion of the last live session, to take the exam.
For On-Demand certifications, you have 2 months from the date of purchase to complete the exam.
For PMI and AMCA certifications, please refer to their website for requirements.
Final exams (with the exception of PMI and AMCA) are located in the materials widget for the final session in the certification series. Please note if there are additional materials uploaded you may need to scroll within the widget to locate the final exam.

Congratulations on completing your certification program! After submitting your exam your score will be immediately visible. If you passed with an 80% or higher, in 5-7 business days after passing the exam, you will receive a certification email from Support@CareerLearning.com.
To view your certificate please click the "View My Credential" button or copy and paste the link below the button, this will take you to your certification page where you can share the digital badge to LinkedIn or download the certificate PDF.
