Session 2: FMLA Administration: Paperwork, Notices, and Certifications
- Recognize an employee's request for FMLA leave
- Follow the required 5-day timelines for all employer notices
- Manage the medical certification and recertification process
- Correctly calculate and track an employee's 12-month leave period
Session 3: FMLA Protections: Reinstatement, Benefits, and Paid Leave Substitution
- Reinstate employees to the same or a virtually identical position
