Erika R. Burnett is the founder and principal trainer for The Burnett Group, LLC whose mission is to inspire professionals, deepen impact, and challenge the status quo. With over 15 years experience in direct service, volunteer engagement, and nonprofit management, she specializes in a variety of topics, including: strategic planning and board development, civic engagement, youth development, leadership exploration, and understanding and working across lines of difference. Erika has built on her M.Ed in Community Development Action from Vanderbilt University to become a leader in stakeholder engagement, leadership development, and coalition building from her base in Nashville, TN, including the newly formed Women of Color Collaborative.
