What is an On-Demand Webinar?
An On-Demand Only program is a recording of a previously live webinar that is accessible at your convenience; this format may be paused and if you choose taken in segments over time.
What is the Live Webinar Only option?
A live webinar is a broadcast that happens in real-time and has a specific start time and has a live Q&A with the presenter at the end so you may get your questions answered real-time. Please note the Live Webinar Only option will not include the recording of the live webinar or webcast event.
Customers should sign into the webinar at least 15 minutes before it begins to ensure that their device is compatible and they are able to access all materials.
Customers can contact support at any time for technical assistance.
What is the On-Demand Only option?
An On-Demand Only program is a recording of a previously live webinar that is accessible at your convenience; this format may be paused and if you choose taken in segments over time.
On-Demand programs are available for registrants to view at any time as many times as they would like using the same access link.
Please note if this is a certification program registrants will have 2 months from the date of the last live session of the course to access the certification exam.
Can I order the On-Demand option before the program runs?
Yes. On-Demand orders for programs not yet run will be provided typically within 3 days of the live program completion.

I purchased a courses by mistake
If you have completed a purchase and something isn't correct please either respond to the order confirmation email or contact us directly via phone chat or email to have your transaction corrected.
My organization is tax exempt
If you are in a tax exempt organization please send a copy of your tax exempt certificate to support@careerlearning.com so we can create a customer profile for you.
Discount policy
