Rebecca Marchiafava is an experienced organizational culture consultant, educator, and facilitator who helps leaders navigate growing pains and build work environments that enhance collaboration, engagement, and well-being. As the founder of Culture Work, she brings a customized and collaborative approach to assessing the underlying aspects of workplace culture that get in the way of success. She is dedicated to helping leaders address conflicts and enact relevant solutions that support a shift toward a healthier, more effective work culture.
Her unique perspective is shaped by a decade of experience at Sexual Trauma Awareness & Response (STAR), where she rose to the role of Vice President. This work, focused on preventing workplace harm, combined with her professional experience in health promotion and a Master's in Education Policy from Vanderbilt University, makes her uniquely positioned to assist organizations in assessing challenges and implementing lasting, positive change.
