Her experience spans retail, distribution, architecture, engineering, consulting, manufacturing (including union environments), the public sector, and both profit and non-profit organizations.
Complementing her practical experience, Teri holds an MBA and a Master's degree in Human Resource Development with a specialization in Conflict Management, and she is certified by the State of Indiana in mediation skills. She is currently certified in Project Management and IT Management, and is a qualified Myers-Briggs practitioner.
